Marine acquisition

Tarmac have acquired Hanson’s 50% shareholding in United Marine Holdings Ltd and now have 100% ownership of UMH and their subsidiary companies.

UMH operate four dredgers, 13 wharves and in 2007 had sales in excess of 4 million tonnes.
