Pilot Crushtec have sold a TwisterTrac VSI crusher to Ovenden Earthmoving. Working in tandem with Ovenden’s existing tracked screening plants, the TwisterTrac is being used to produce sand and shaped aggregate from high silica content flint gravel.

Chris Barwick, managing director of Ovenden Earthmoving, said: ‘This is a unique machine in this country, it is extremely cost-effective and provides an economical method of producing sand from very hard and abrasive aggregate.’
