Norgesdekk to promote, sell, and service full range of Magna OTR and industrial tyres

GLOBAL off-the-road (OTR) tyre manufacturers Magna Tyres are continuing to expand their Scandinavian presence with the addition of Norgesdekk to their distributor network in Norway.

The exclusive partnership and strategic collaboration will strengthen the availability of Magna Tyres products in the Norwegian market by leveraging Norgesdekk’s extensive distribution network and local market expertise. Norgesdekk are well established as a trusted distributor of high-quality tyres for a wide range of industries, including construction, mining, port handling, and agriculture.

Hein de Wind, commercial director of Magna Tyres, expressed his excitement about the new partnership. ‘We are very pleased with our new partnership with Norgesdekk. Through this co-operation we can serve more customers in the OTR segment specifically in the Scandinavian region,’ he commented.

‘In our search for new partners, we always look for those companies that have the same corporate values as we have, such as flexibility but foremost a true customer-first mentality. With Norgesdekk we have found such a partner that embraces these values as we do.’

Lars Skår, product manager at Norgesdekk, added: ‘We are very happy and proud to become the official importer of the products of Magna Tyres Group, and we see that the company is very innovative, and delivers modern tyres up to premium quality at a significantly lower price.’

With the exclusive partnership now in place, customers across Norway can expect improved access to Magna Tyres’ wide range of OTR and industrial tyres, alongside exceptional customer service and after-sales support from Norgesdekk.
