Kramer's winter warriors

Kramer machines help clear snow and ice under the toughest conditions

For many people, winter is the best season of the year. For employees of municipal bodies and ski resorts, it is also one of the busiest. To get to grips with major snowfalls, many municipal bodies have already invested in Kramer's powerful winter machines.

Wheel loaders are primarily used to clear streets and car parks and to ensure that link roads also remain free of snow. They are often in action for as much as ten hours a day and provide a valuable service in winter. Their speed, manoeuverability and versatility have opened up new opportunities for winter service providers, making them useful at other times of the year.

Because they have two attachment points and a wide range of attachments, Kramer winter warriors are suitable for a wide range of jobs, ie as a single snow blower or a combined snow plough and salt spreader. Telescopic handlers are suited to clearing roads and loading salt trucks due to their outstanding dump height.

All-wheel steering and a one-piece chassis make Kramer machines stable, allowing them to be operated with a high degree of precision even in icy conditions. Kramer offer numerous features supporting a wide range of attachments, including auxiliary hydraulics, low-speed control, unpressurized return flow, manual throttle, load stabilizer and float positioning. Preheating systems for hydraulic oil and fuel are also available.
