Recycling plant specialist announces three key appointments to support business growth

KIVERCO have bolstered their senior operations team with a trio of key appointments to drive business growth in the UK and meet increased demand for the company’s recycling solutions in Europe and around the world.

Kiverco have enjoyed significant growth in the last few years and among the key factors in their success has been an ongoing demand for the manufacturer’s modular plant range in the UK market, combined with international expansion in Europe, the Middle East, North America and Australasia.

As Kiverco continue to focus on business growth and expansion in key markets, the company’s senior operations team has been strengthened with the strategic appointments of Con Gallagher as head of sales, André Matula as key account manager/business development and Angela Madden (pictured) as head of marketing and PR.

Mr Gallagher brings with him some 25 years’ experience in the advanced manufacturing and waste-recycling industry. He joins from Spectrum Employment Solutions where he was managing director – a recruitment company (which he founded) servicing the engineering, manufacturing, production and construction sectors.

Mr Matula has more than 18 years’ experience in the waste industry and joins from Impact Air Systems where he was business development manager. He was formerly UK manager for operations at Bollegraaf Recycling Solutions and UK manager director of Redwave.

With more than 20 years’ experience, award-winning PR practitioner Ms Madden has represented companies and industries of national importance on a global scale. She was founder and partner of specialist transatlantic firm Tempus PR, which works with companies in the UK, Ireland, Europe and the US seeking to expand beyond home borders.

Paul Carolan, general manager of Kiverco, firmly believes in investing in talented people and said that the company’s success was down to its staff.

He commented: ‘Our greatest asset is our people. We are fortunate to have a family of people who are experts in their fields, working together to do the right thing for each other, our customers, partners and, ultimately, our business. With this in mind I welcome Con, André and Angela and look forward to working with them as we enter the next phase of the Kiverco story.’
