Belgian crushing and screening machine manufacturer establishes new subsidiary in global growth market

KEESTRACK, specialists in mobile crushing and screening technology, are setting their sights on the Indian market with the establishment of subsidiary eTrack Crushers Ltd, headquartered in New Delhi.

The company’s focus on the mobile crushing and screening market in India, which to date has been dominated by wheel-mounted, semi-stationary units, will see Keestrack promoting their track-mounted machines with their innovative operating and drive concepts.

‘Our company name, eTrack, indicates where we see our strengths,’ explained new area sales manager Topor Basu, who has been involved with the Indian processing market for more than 20 years.

‘No other manufacturer has a similar broad and high-efficiency offering of partially and fully electric crushing and screening solutions in the performance range above 200 tonnes/h.

‘This holds both globally and in the Indian market, where we are having to make our presence felt in the face of successful domestic suppliers and other global players who also have their own production and service operations here now.’

eTrack say they are eager to make their mark among Indian customers, in particular by offering high levels of maintainability, correspondingly high availability in the field, together with the high energy efficiency of their partial hybrid and fully hybrid machines.

‘Especially when setting up new fleets, short- and medium-term savings on operating costs are very important. In terms of fuel consumption alone, our stand-alone machines or plant combinations have been shown to be between 30% and 50 % below that of our competitors,’ said Mr Basu.

In the coming months, eTrack will be establishing in India efficient service and marketing support centres for the crushing and screening machines still being produced at Keestrack’s European sites.

In the longer term, the relocation of production capacity with new assembly locations and qualified suppliers will strengthen the presence of Keestrack on the Indian subcontinent.
