HAZEMAG to supply equipment for new aggregates plant to Jinan Baode Furnace Charge Material Co. Ltd

In June 2018 Shandong Jigang New Environment Protection Material Co. Ltd ordered HAZEMAG equipment for their new aggregates plant in Shandong Province, China.

HAZEMAG supplied two HRS 2624 roller screens, two HPI 2030 primary impact crushers and four HSI 1625 secondary impact crushers to produce limestone aggregate in a range of sizes: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm and 20-31.5mm.

The primary crushing plant will be located inside the quarry and operate 10h/day due to environmental noise protection regulations. Material will then be transported by a 1km belt conveyor to an intermediate storage area with a capacity of 50,000 tons. This material will then be fed to the in-house secondary crushing plant which will run 16h/day. The total product output of the plant will be 10 million tons/year.

The equipment is due to be delivered in April 2019, with a test run scheduled for June 2019 and the complete plant fully operational by August 2019.

This project is the first one of this kind and size for HAZEMAG in China. Due to the poor sustainability of many of the small existing aggregate plants in China, the Chinese Government encourages companies to invest in much bigger capacities per plant. As a result, the aggregates industry in China is expected to face a huge growth within the next few years.
