Haver & Boecker introduce Ty-Dura screen media

Ty-Dura modular screen media

New screen media solution designed for use in unforgiving high-impact and abrasive-wear applications

HAVER & BOECKER have unveiled their Ty-Dura modular rubber screen media, which has been specially designed to withstand high tonnages, large top sizes and abrasive materials.

The company’s new Ty-Dura solutions meet the requirement for a highly productive screen media that are durable and deliver exceptional material quality under both wet and dry conditions.

Ty-Dura also helps reduce equipment noise while in operation and is manufactured in both side-tensioned and modular configurations. The screen media is available in square, round, slotted or specialty openings, all of which are tapered to reduce or even eliminate pegging.

The side-tensioned hooks feature a custom formulated, compression-moulded rubber, supported by a stainless-steel cable substructure providing easy tensioning and preventing the stretching often experienced with other types of rubber screen media. The hooked sections also eliminate the need for a deck conversion from wire cloth.

Ty-Dura modular panels are available in a pin and sleeve design, groove design, snap-in design or bolt-down panels. The rubber screen media are suitable for all types of vibrating screens except high-frequency, fine screening units.
