Hanson operator takes delivery of new truck

D.J. Flynn have taken delivery of a new 32-tonne Seddon Atkinson 8x4 Strato to use across Merseyside on their contract work with Hanson. The truck is equipped with an 8m3 MacPhee cement-mixer body and will be joined by a second similar vehicle purchased from Seddon Atkinson’s demonstrator fleet.

The new vehicle will be in operation five and a half days a week delivering concrete to construction sites and is expected to remain in operation with D.J. Flynn for at least seven years.
