FM Conway have published their annual Social Value Report for 2022/2023, demonstrating their continued commitment to improving their social, economic, and environmental impact.

Over the past 12 months the company has delivered a total social value of £53,842,080, generated through the work it delivers in its communities.

Continually measuring and improving its social impact as a business is woven into the company’s culture and has been since 2015. As a business built upon family values, FM Conway say positive social impact is as much a fabric of their business as the maintenance and improvement of infrastructure.

The company says it is committed to using its own teams to deliver projects wherever it can, to bring reliability and efficiencies for customers. This relies on strong links with the community to encourage people to pursue a career with the company, helping to grow FM Conway’s diverse talent pool.

Moreover, extending the company’s work with local suppliers helps to support local wealth creation and ensures that FM Conway work with the local knowledge and skills to bring the best possible outcome to projects.

Regular investment in the education and well-being of the company’s staff is another fundamental, to ensure that they can flourish whilst delivering great work back into the communities they are working in.

FM Conway’s social value report provides greater insight into these types of activities over the past year and this year also outlines the company’s key objectives for the next 12 months. The full report can be read here.
