Fluidwell launch new D-Series indicators

Fluidwell D-Series indicator

Latest DIN panel mount indicators and controllers features unique waterproof enclosure

FLUIDWELL are celebrating their 20th anniversary with the launch of an extensive selection of DIN panel-mount indicators, controllers and monitoring systems for liquid and gas applications for flow, level, pressure and temperature measurement in industrial environments.

As well as simplicity and user-friendliness, which are already key features of Fluidwell’s F-Series, the new D-Series also brings a unique feature in DIN panel-mount indicators; its IP66 and IP67 (NEMA4X) enclosure.

‘The greatest advantage of this new DIN panel-mount indicator is its unique waterproof qualities,’ said Eric Rath, general manager of the Fluidwell Group in The Netherlands. ‘The robust IP66, IP67 and NEMA4X-type enclosure withstands extreme weather conditions, powerful water jets and even total immersion. It saves a lot of time and cost, and is perfect for cleaning and wash-down applications without worrying about water damage.’

The functionality of the D-Series units is broad. They are available as an indicator, totalizer, batch controller, transmitter and monitoring system for flow, level, pressure and temperature measurement. The D-Series also comes in multiple combination possibilities for sensor inputs and outputs, as well as power and sensor supply.

The D-Series units do not require special maintenance other than a periodic check of the casing and wiring. The long-life lithium battery, along with the special power-saving options, offers a battery lifetime of up to seven years, thereby saving considerably on maintenance cost.

With its minimal depth clearance of just a few inches, Fluidwell say the D-Series is a viable solution for smaller, low-cost panels and panel doors.
