Ennstone enhance communications

Ennstone plc have invested in the latest communications technology by installing videoconferencing throughout their organization. Supplied and installed by McMillan UK, the four Sony twin-screen videoconferencing systems are located at sites in Bath, Birmingham and Forfar in the UK and Fredericksburg in Virginia, USA. The technology is being used to conduct monthly management meetings, address financial reporting issues, hold impromptu discussions and meet with the company's auditors in the UK and USA.

Videoconferencing has allowed Ennstone to tighten accounting controls, improve efficiency and enhance communications. It complements the existing face-to-face meetings between UK and USA senior executives which take place approximately six times a year.
