Dealing with dirty diesel

Agriepure diesel filtration system

Agriemach introduce their new and easy-to-maintain Agriepure diesel decontaminator filtration system

DIRTY diesel is an ongoing and expensive problem for many industries that rely on a clean supply of diesel for their equipment.

However, thanks to an entirely new and unique filter design, Agriemach say their new Agriepure diesel decontaminator, which requires no replacement filter elements, will remove up to 95% of solid contaminants down to 30 microns and 99.9% of visible water, including emulsified water that may be in the fuel.

The Agriepure diesel decontaminator’s simple and reliable Teflon-coated steel filter is completely reusable and only requires cleaning when flow is reduced due to particulate contaminants; a second filter is available when downtime is not an option while the filter element is being cleaned.

Each device is fitted with a water drain valve for ease of draining and no tools are required to maintain the filter.

Agriemach say low-cost units are available for flow rates up to 70 litres/h, while larger units are capable of coping with flow rates up to a maximum of 560 litres/h.
