Chicago Pneumatic appoint new UK distributor

Plantmasters

Plantmasters to handle construction tools sales in London and Home Counties region

CHICAGO Pneumatic have announced the appointment of Plantmasters Ltd as their new authorized distributor in the London and Homes Counties region. Founded in 1995, family-run Plantmasters have developed an established reputation for meeting the plant and machinery needs of both small operators and large international construction companies.

The north London company’s Home Counties customer base and sales territory covers Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire. With the new distribution agreement in place, Plantmasters can now supply Chicago Pneumatic’s range of rugged and durable construction equipment, including handheld pneumatic and hydraulic tools, portable compressors and generators.

Colin Frost, UK business development manager for Chicago Pneumatic, said: ‘Plantmasters have built their business over the years on close relationships with their customers; offering personal service, practical and good value solutions, and the guarantee of a high standard of aftercare. That is why this appointment is in total harmony with Chicago Pneumatic’s product offering and brand values.’

Excited by the opportunities the new distributorship will bring to Plantmasters, Paul Alsop, managing director, commented: ‘Being able to offer this leading brand can only strengthen the special relationship which we have built up with our customers.

They look to us as colleagues who are there to supply, service and maintain their equipment needs but also there to advise and resolve any problems they encounter. That’s why we have always placed special emphasis on aftercare.’

As well as equipment sales, Plantmasters will fully support new and existing Chicago Pneumatic customers with a comprehensive after-market genuine parts service.
