Benninghoven invest in service

AS part of an ongoing modernization programme to offer an improved aftermarket service to UK customers, Benninghoven (UK) Ltd have extended and upgraded their administrative and technical support capabilities and substantially increased their stores inventory.

To help maintain the efficiency of asphalt plants in the field, over £750,000 of off-the-shelf spare parts are now held in stock, including burner parts and plant items such as wearparts and key screen and drive components.

To optimize existing plant performance and reliability, Benninghoven have also boosted their customer-support services, which range from full site surveys to highlight areas where cost savings on energy usage can be made, through to preventative-maintenance packages and full technical support on health and safety issues.

UK director Paul Bolley said major investment in these facilities illustrated the company’s commitment to the asphalt industry throughout the UK and Ireland.
