Batch and go

"A new range of batching plants, including a fully mobile dry-batch type with positive weighing, has been launched by Batch & Go."

"The basic unit can be transported as a complete all-in-one batcher. It is mounted on a single axle with fifth-wheel coupling, fitted with brakes and lights, and has been designed to be erected without the use of a crane. With production rates of up to 75m3/h, the plant consists of two compartments for aggregates and 20 tonnes of cement storage. The weigh hopper can handle up to 4 tonnes of cement and 3.5m3 of aggregates."

The basic unit can be extended with additional storage for 42 tonnes of aggregate. It is also possible to have three aggregate hoppers in a ‘T’ formation which can be loaded by either a wheel loader or radial feed conveyor. Fully automatic controls can also be included in the package.
