Libra Software Systems have launched two new software products — Decision Three and Evaluate. Both products have been developed to bring out the best-value proposal from a complex selection of options. They both feature the same reusable framework and are said to deliver a high degree of clarity to all value-based decision-making exercises.
"Decision Three offers a basic assessment and evaluation framework, designed for organizations where auditing is not a key requirement, and can be used for supplier selection, product or software evaluation, relocation decisions, performance reviews etc."
"Evaluate is designed for business professionals where a more robust approach to decision-making needs to be taken and auditing is a key requirement. It is said to be particularly useful for companies in heavily regulated industries. Evaluate offers all the functionality of Decision Three but with: additional full-audit ability; red, amber and green status indicators; graphic output for head-to-head comparison; and analytic hierarchy process."
