ALLU Transformers success for Swedish recycling firm

ALLU processing bucket

D- and DL-Series processing buckets provide versatility and productivity benefits for Johan Kits Contractor AB

FINLAND-based attachment manufacturers ALLU have helped transform the operations of Johan Kits, with activities ranging from recycling to excavating. In recent years the Swedish contractor has invested in ALLU Transformer and Processor attachments, particularly the D- and DL-Series processing bucket systems.

The ALLU Transformer Series – which comprises excavator/loader/tractor-mounted processing buckets that screen, pulverize, aerate, blend, mix, separate, feed and load materials – have allowed Johan Kits to convert waste into highly valuable and useable products which, in turn, has helped the business be more efficient and profitable.

Johan’s latest ALLU units have been mounted on a number of their excavators/loaders, including: a Liebherr 140 (DN3-12 model); and Volvo L90 (DS4-17), which has been configured to produce 0–16mm products.

The Transformer D- and DL-Series buckets feature a ‘top screen’ design which greatly reduces wear and maintenance requirements while optimizing material processing.

According to Johan Kits, the ALLU Transformers have proved their worth and given the recycling contractor a truly mobile solution with the flexibility and transportability needed to work in the most challenging of working environments.
