Aggregate Industries acquire Quarrypak

"AGGREGATE Industries have significantly increased their presence in the bagged asphalt and aggregates market with the acquisition of the business and assets of Quarrypak, who are currently based at Wirksworth in Derbyshire. The business will continue to operate as Quarrypak but will be relocated to Hulland Ward in Derbyshire where its operations will be added to Aggregate Industries’ Bradstone bagged asphalt and aggregates division."

"Aggregate Industries, who already supply a wide range of bagged and packed building and construction products, say the acquisition will strengthen the company’s ability to provide high-quality packed coated and uncoated stone for private and public sector customers."
