Senior Technical Sales Representative
Orica UK Ltd is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Representative to be based in the Europe Head Office, Appley Bridge, UK. Regular travel outside of the UK will be required.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Provide Strategic Initiative Project Management - technical customer value adding initiatives as defined by 5-year planning process.
- Defining customer needs and benefits from our initiatives.
- Project management roll out programs across the region including Plan, monitor progress, measure benefits and report on assigned initiatives.
- Project manage & Lead the Value Delivery Program process and implementation at specific Significant Accounts.
- Develop tailored solutions and define value to customers and Orica.
- Provide high level technical input into New Product & Service offerings eg customer needs, value to customers, benefit measurement systems.
- Degree in Mining Engineering or related Engineering Discipline.
- 5 Years direct technical blasting experience or 10 years indirect technical blasting exposure in coal mines.
- Extensive understanding of Orica’s products and services and ability to identify what benefits these products will have for our customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
