Brinklow Quarry is a successful family owned quarrying and recycling company, and supplier of aggregates to the building and construction industry throughout Warwickshire and the West Midlands.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quarry Manager to take responsibility for the day to day operations of the site; reporting to the owners, who help and take an active role in running the business, you will oversee a team of quarry operatives, ensuring the site is run safely and efficiently.

The successful candidate should have previous practical experience in all aspects of sand and gravel quarrying operations from extraction to restoration and, also, a good understanding of plant and machinery, including maintenance planning. You will also need to demonstrate strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach and be familiar with current health, safety and environmental legislation.

The role has an interesting and varied workload and will suit a self-motivated individual with the ability to manage and organise staff. This is an opening which would equally suit an experienced manager, or a foreman ready to step up to a managerial role.

This is an exciting opportunity to fulfil an important role within a fast growing and successful business. We offer a competitive remuneration package. We are in a central UK location with easy access to several motorway networks. Local accommodation may be available.

Please email your CV to [email protected] to apply.
