Armstrongs Group is a successful family owned quarrying company operating from 5 quarries across the North West and Cumbria - supplying all forms of stone material from rock armour, cut dimensional stone and aggregate.
Due to continued success and rapid growth we are looking for a Quarry Manager to be based at our Quarry in Shap, Cumbria.
As our Quarry Manager it is essential that you have:
- Previous experience in managing & leading a team in a high pressure environment;
- Excellent understanding of Quarry Regulations, Plant Machinery and H&S Requirements;
- Exceptional people skills;
- Attention to detail.
