We are currently seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and professional individual to join our Estates team. Ideally the candidate will be a Chartered Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years PQE. The role will involve planning and property project management of a wide range of development projects across the UK involving acquisitions, site finding and investigation, due diligence, assembling and submitting planning applications and stakeholder management. Furthermore, the role will also involve preparation and production of monthly reports and the financial management of project budgets.
