The British Aggregates Association (BAA) is the voice of the UK’s independent SME quarry operators. The association provides essential support and advice in all health and safety, planning, technical and regulatory issues; whilst ensuring that the voice of the independent sector is heard at all levels of the UK and EU administrations. Since its formation, in 1999, the BAA has developed extensive contacts within the UK Government and devolved administrations, the Civil Service and in Europe ensuring representation at the highest levels.

We are looking to appoint a General Secretary / Chief Executive to lead the Association. The successful applicant will have broad knowledge of the sector with proven management leadership and the ability to recognise, engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
