DUO Recycling Wash Plant: Terex Aggwash
JC Balls and Sons of Alfreton, Derbyshire are now operating their new wash plant supplied and installed by DUO. The Aggwash is producing 3 grades of aggregate, 1 rinsed oversize and sand from a feed of construction, demolition and excavation waste.
DUO Water Treatment: Centrifuge System
Creating a closed-loop system, DUO have also supplied JC Balls with a centrifuge based water treatment solution. This system removes the need for lagoons and provides an easy-to-handle silt cake as a by-product of the washing process.
Terex Washing Systems: The NEW AggreSand
This will be the first public showing of the AggreSand. It will be fully assembled onsite with guided tours from DUO and Terex staff. With 3 Aggregates, 2 Sand, 1 Machine - The AggreSand system combines aggregate washing and screening with sand processing on a modular chassis. It brings together tried and trusted Terex Washing Systems components in an innovative modular design, setting itself apart from other washing systems in the marketplace. Powerscreen: The NEW Warrior 1400XThe Powerscreen Warrior 1400X will be working onsite pre-screening material for the wash plant.
This the latest addition to the Warrior range. It is a flexible screening machine, aimed at small to medium sized operators who require a high performing, heavy duty, versatile machine that remains easy to transport. It offers improved performance, lower operating costs, and easier serviceability while building on the reliable foundation of our class-leading Warrior 1400 scalper. Its highly aggressive screen can accept bofor bars, finger screens, woven mesh and punch plates. User benefits include jack up screen facilities to aid media access and hydraulic screen angle adjustment.
TC Harrison JCB: JS220 Excavator & 437HT Wheeled Loader
TC Harrison JCB will have two demonstration machines operating onsite. The first being the JS220 (20t) Excavator which will be feeding the Aggwash, the second being the 437 (16t) Wheeled Loader which will be moving the washed products from the wash plant and silt cake from the centrifuge.
JCB Finance: Competitive finance available on a wide range of assets
JCB Finance will be onsite to offer finance – not only on JCB equipment but other makes of non-competitive equipment and all vehicles - new or used. A wide range of Hire Purchase and Leasing terms are available to business users and literature is available to explain the tax breaks currently available through the Annual Investment Allowance where up to £250,000 of purchases on new or used plant, machinery and commercial vehicles can be offset against taxable profits in the year of purchase – even if acquired via Hire Purchase terms.
JCB: The NEW Welfare Unit
JCB has announced its entry into the site welfare market with the launch of a new generation of eco-friendly mobile units for the construction industry. The JCB Eco Welfare Unit is primarily powered by solar panels, supported by a bespoke 12v super-silent back-up generator, making it the most environmentally-friendly product on the market. It will reduce C02 emissions by as much as 80% and deliver fuel cost savings of up to £150 per week.
