Metal Detectors
Metal Detection Equipment is used to detect and extract any ferrous or non ferrous metals from materials or product in free-fall. This process helps protect valuable machinery whilst still increasing quality control.

Cross Belt Samplers
The PCB Cross Belt Sampler will obtain a random sample of granular material directly from a belt type conveyor. Due to the units single direction motion system it can move across a belt and sweep the content clean before depositing it into a fixed type collection chute located to the side of the belt conveyor.

Suspended Permanent Magnets
Suspended permanent magnets are positioned above moving conveyors in order to retrieve any metal containment from bulk product flow.  Depending on the particular requirements of the process Eriez offer three permanent field configurations with various field strengths and depths. These are known as the CP, OP and TP.

Suspended Electromagnets
Eriez Suspended Electromagnets automatically remove tramp iron from flowing materials on conveyors or chutes. This unit is available in both manual clean or self clean options.
