Terex Finlay J-1170 jaw crusher and 684 triple-deck screen

Company announces two-machine line-up for Conexpo-Con/Agg exposition in Las Vegas

TEREX Finlay have announced that they will be exhibiting two machines – the 684 triple-deck inclined screen and J-1170 jaw crusher – at the Conexpo-Con/Agg exposition in Las Vegas from 4–8 March 2014.

‘We are looking forward to attending the Conexpo-Con/Agg show, as in the past couple of years we have recorded exceptional growth in North America,’ commented Keith McCann, Terex Finlay’s sales and marketing director (North America).

‘The timing of the show is perfect for our business, as it will provide many of our new and established dealers with the opportunity to meet and connect with customers on the stand.

‘The show will be the first time the J-1170 jaw crusher and the 684 3-deck inclined screen have been displayed at an event in North America. Both machines were introduced to the North American market in the past 12 months, and have already made a big impact.

‘Our experienced team of mobile crushing and screening professionals will be available on the stand throughout the show and are looking for to meeting both new and existing customers.’

The Terex Finlay 684 inclined screener is a compact, easily transportable machine that offers operators rapid set-up and tear-down times.

As well as three large 14ft x 5ft 7in (4.3m x 1.7m) inclined screens, giving a large screening area of 236 square feet to provide efficient screening and high capacity, the screenbox features quick wedge tensioning, access holes and a bottom-deck hydraulic tensioning system to reduce the time required for mesh changes.

All four discharge conveyors are adjustable and hydraulically fold for transport, whilst the fourth product ‘oversize plus’ conveyor has variable tilt and side slew to accurately discharge material for recirculation and stockpiling.

The Terex Finlay J-1170 is a high-performance primary mobile jaw crusher built around the renowned Terex 1,100mm x 700mm jaw crusher, which has a proven track record in recycling, aggregate production and mining applications, providing excellent material reduction and product sizing in the processing of blasted quarry rock and ore material.

The jaw chamber is also available with optional hydraulic release, for use when crushing construction and demolition debris.
