Sandvik appoint Volvo as new US distributor

Volvo Construction Equipment Services to sell and service Sandvik mobile crushers and screens in northern California

SANDVIK Mining and Rock Technology have appointed Volvo Construction Equipment Services (VCES) as new distributor of mobile crushers and screens for northern California.

VCES will be supply Sandvik’s comprehensive range of mobile crushing and screening equipment and full aftermarket support for customers in the states located north of the San Bernardino line, effective 1 April 2020.

With more than 30 years’ expertise, four locations positioned north of the San Bernardino line and over 75 service personal and 14 sales staff, VCES are the latest member of the Sandvik distributor network in the US.

David Hill, president of VCES, said: ‘The appointment of VCES as a Sandvik dealer will have an immediate positive impact on the business in terms of product diversification to the existing market sectors we serve.

‘Sandvik products align well with other OEMs we represent and the segments we serve, including the building materials and infrastructure segments. Many of our current customers operate in quarrying, batching plants and other industries in which Sandvik have a presence.
