Radio-linked remote display

HK Process Measurement, manufacturers of belt weighers and weigh feeders, have recently announced the introduction of a radio-linked remote digital display, intended to be installed in the cab of a mobile loading shovel or other similar item of mobile handling equipment.

The display is able to show the mobile plant operator the current flow rate or total tonnage of material passing along a nearby conveyor fitted with an HK Process Measurement digital weigher.

Without having to leave the cab, the mobile plant operator can keep a close check on the throughput of the conveyor and immediately respond to any unscheduled or unwelcome changes in flow rate.

This allows the driver to attend to other necessary mobile duties while maintaining a constant awareness of current production rates.
