Pilot Crushtec International to launch new products at Bauma Africa 2013

DoppiaTrac double roll crusher

Pilot Crushtec International are using Bauma Africa 2013 as a platform to launch a fleet of new products, the vast majority being new to South Africa.

According to director sales Graham Kleinhans, the exhibition provides the ideal showcase for the company’s latest and most innovative offerings in crushing and screening products and ancillary equipment. These include not only imported equipment but also their own range of locally manufactured products purposely designed and built to meet African conditions.

Mr Kleinhans said: 'Bauma Africa 2013 is by far the biggest exhibition of its kind ever to be staged on the continent. It is a genuinely international trade fair for specialist producers of mining and construction equipment and has attracted more than 500 exhibitors from 34 countries.

'From Pilot Crushtec International’s perspective, the timing is perfect as it coincides with our introduction of a wider variety of bigger, higher capacity products to suit operators’ needs as well as innovations to assist customers in maximizing their return on investment.'

The level of commitment Pilot Crushtec International have placed on Bauma Africa is evidenced by the size of their 1,000m2 display area which they will use to show the new additions to their range. These include:

  • TwisterTrac VS350 vertical-shaft impact crusher
  • DoppiaTrac DR400 double roll crusher
  • Rubble Master RM100 GO!
  • Pilot Modular/TRIO  MJ3042 modular jaw crusher plant
  • Pilot Modular/TRIO MJ4252 jaw crusher unit
  • Sandvik US440i mobile cone crusher
  • Sandvik QJ331 mobile jaw crusher
  • Sandvik QA451 mobile triple-deck doublescreen
  • Sandvik UJ540 mobile jaw crusher
  • TowerLight VT 8000-FH 9m
  • TowerLight VT hybrid LED
  • Dust Fighter dust-suppression systems.

'Our ability to stage a complete display based entirely upon new additions to the range shows the extent by which the brand is expanding based upon our policy of consistently seeking out or designing and building products ourselves which will add value to the customers’ operations,' added Mr Kleinhans.

Examples of products developed by the company are the TwisterTrac VS350 vertical-shaft impact crusher and the DoppiaTrac DR400 double roll crusher conceived and manufactured in Pilot Crushtec International’s manufacturing facilities.

Mr Kleinhans also said: 'We are very proud to be exhibiting the Sandvik UJ540E which will be the biggest mobile crusher ever displayed at a show in South Africa. The Rubble Master RM100 GO! which is our Austrian suppliers' flagship model, will also be displayed, as well as the upgraded specification of the Pilot Modular/TRIO MJ3042 jaw crusher, now available with a pre-feeder pre-screen which, for a minimal outlay, exerts a massive impact on tonnages.'

The  high illumination output TowerLight VT 8000-FH 9m has been introduced to assist mines and quarries to work around the clock while its sister product, the silently operating, low exhaust emission VT Hybrid LED provides a free-standing lighting facility, suitable for operation in environmentally sensitive conditions.

A large contingent of Pilot Crushtec's local and export sales engineers, technical specialists and senior management who will be available to discuss customers’ requirements during the four-day event. They will be joined by international product and process experts from Sandvik, TRIO and Rubble Master and TowerLight.
