New senior appointment at Terex Finlay

Rik Kiddle

Former JCB man Rik Kiddle joins Terex Finlay as global business development and sales director

TEREX Finlay have announced the appointment of Rik Kiddle as global business development and sales director.

In his new role, Mr Kiddle (pictured) will be responsible for strategically driving business growth, increasing market share and identifying and developing new market opportunities on a global basis.

 

He will lead the current sales, marketing and distribution development teams, be a key driver in new product development initiatives, and work closely with the aftermarket and engineering departments within Terex Finlay.

With a background in engineering and design, Mr Kiddle joins Terex Finlay from JCB, where he held various UK and export sales and marketing positions with increasing seniority.

Latterly, he focused on the waste, recycling and demolition industries, and was responsible for developing the JCB Wastemaster range of products.

Most recently, Mr Kiddle was responsible for the JCB Industrial business, promoting the JCB Teletruk product around the world.

Commenting on his new appointment, Mr Kiddle said: ‘I am very pleased to be joining Terex Finlay, a brand with a great history, excellent product range, respected global reputation, professional dealer network and ambition for the future.

‘As we emerge from some recent turbulent market conditions around the world, I look forward to working with the team here and the global dealer network to take the business further forward in the coming years.’

He understands the complexity, has vast experience in developing, nurturing and growing a global dealer network, and has proven business and leadership skills.

‘Rik has held a variety of senior roles within JCB, developed new markets and products on a global basis, all ultimately focused on serving the customer. We look forward to him bringing that same customer focus and experience to Terex Finlay.’
