New low-loader from Nooteboom

Three-axle PX2 low-loader offers lowest pendle-axle assembly on market

The latest Nooteboom PX2 low-loader on 245 tyres has an extremely low axle assembly. The use of 245 tyres means the axle assembly is approximately 10cm lower than on a low-loader with 285 tyres.

The excavator trough in the axle assembly is also 10cm lower and consequently the difference in height between the load floor and axle assembly is much reduced.

The new PX2 low-loader on 245 tyres has an axle assembly height of just 1,010mm in the drive position and the suspension offers a vertical axle travel of up to 600mm. The axle assembly can be raised by 460mm or lowered by 140mm, which according to Nooteboom makes the PX2 the lowest Pendle-axle assembly on the market.

The use of pendle axles gives the PX2 low-loader a load capacity of 12 tonnes per axle line at 80 km/h.

The low-loader is available with two or three axle lines and comes in three different standard widths: 2,540mm, 2,740mm and 2,840mm. The axle assembly can be combined with various load floors and types of gooseneck.

The two-axle and three-axle PX2 low-loader is still be available on 285 tyres with a load capacity of 14 tonnes per axle line at 80 km/h.
