Surfacing equipment hire specialist launches refreshed brand image on two new Volvo pavers

MAC Surfacing Ltd have recently refreshed their brand image, and to help promote their new modern logo the West Midlands-based road surfacing equipment hire specialists have chosen to incorporate it on two new Volvo wheeled P6870C pavers for their hire fleet.

Established in Tipton in 2004, the family-run company started out hiring mini-pavers. Since then MAC Surfacing have expanded their business to become nationwide hirers to the road surfacing industry, offering a complete package including pavers, planers, transport and other related equipment, as well as supplying labour.

Having recently won the ‘Aggregate Industries Central Region Supply Partner of the Year 2014’ award, and having seen rapid growth in the business over the past five years, MAC Surfacing identified the need for a more modern and professional brand image.

Director Marc Copson explained: ‘In order to ensure that we compete effectively it is important for the company’s image to evolve with the times. We want to be able to communicate the commitment we have to developing long-term relationships with our customers and the continuous added value that we provide.

‘Our new brand image aims to communicate the reliable, professional, integral and quality service that we provide in a fresh and modern way.’

Over the coming months, the new brand image will be filtered out into the industry, aided by the exposure on the Volvo pavers, both of which are engaged on long-term hires to surfacing contractors.

MAC Surfacing, who offer a complete service ranging from long-term hire partnering to one- or two-day spot hires for smaller urban and private requirements, claim to be almost unique in providing self-drive paver hire, but equally can provide a complete one-stop-shop including road crews and all the ancillary equipment, if required.
