New in-cab monitor for Doosan excavators

Doosan Infracore (UK) have introduced a new in-cab monitor for their range of 14-tonne and upwards wheeled and tracked excavators.

The new monitor features a large 7in wide LCD colour screen that is able to clearly display a wide range of machine information, as well as doubling up as a display unit for the rear-mounted camera system, which is now a standard fitment on some models.

During normal operation the monitor displays three gauges giving readings for fuel level, water temperature and hydraulic oil temperature, plus a digital read out of engine revs/min, date and time.

If the operator chooses to have the monitor continuously display the image from the rear-view camera it will automatically revert back to machine information format should any malfunction occur in order alert the operator immediately.
