Master Magnets to demonstrate the result of their state-of-the-art approach to material separation

MASTER Magnets will be returning to the RWM show to demonstrate their latest ‘eccentric’ eddy current separator.

According to the company, a completely new approach has been adopted using state-of-the-art 3D modelling, resulting in a simple but highly accurate adjustment of the material separation features for cleaner segregation of feed materials and non-ferrous metals.

Utilizing a high-speed eccentric rotor design, strong eddy currents are generated so that very small particle sizes can be processed effectively.

The machine is supplied complete with support structure, vibratory feeder, control panel and an option for ferrous removal if required.

Stand: 5P72–Q73
