Environmental specialists open new office in Temple Quay following period of growth

A LEADING independent scientific environmental consultancy is celebrating ongoing growth and success after opening a new office in Bristol. ESI Ltd, who provide a range of geo-environmental services to both the private and public sectors, have opened a new office in the city’s Temple Quay as part of a major growth and development strategy to enhance their services.

The move follows a period of significant growth for the organization and is part of ongoing investment and expansion plans to strengthen its services for clients. ESI’s specialist consulting division, in particular, has grown rapidly in the past 12 months as a result of sustained demand for environmental risk information and services particularly around groundwater, geo-environmental and sustainable development issues.

Stuart Pearce (pictured), chief executive officer of ESI, said: ‘We’re delighted to be opening our new premises in Bristol, particularly in an area that’s as vibrant and exciting as Temple Quay, right in the heart of the city’s enterprise zone. It is the perfect place to locate our third regional office in addition to our locations in Reading and Cardiff, as it provides an accessible location for the benefit of our clients in the south of England.

‘The move represents a new phase of growth for us, particularly within our key markets of water, property, minerals and compliance, and the increase in demand for environmental information. In addition, the move paves the way for expanding our dedicated team and enables us to recruit more highly skilled specialists and technicians to continue to help drive the business forward.’

Mr Pearce added: ‘As an organization that specializes in the environment and sustainability, the fact that Bristol has been announced as the European Green Capital 2015 is really exciting for us, and it couldn’t be a better place for us to continue to grow our organization and ensure we maintain and uphold the city’s green vision for the future.’
