FTA Transport Manager 2012

Keep up to speed with latest transport legislation and enforcement changes at autumn seminars

THE Freight Transport Association’s autumn series of Transport Manager seminars will be on the road throughout the UK from September to November 2012, keeping delegates up to speed with the latest legislation and enforcement changes.

A prominent feature of the seminars this year will be a key address by the local Traffic Commissioner at each venue. In addition, FTA experts will be on hand to provide updates on the latest transport legislation and vehicle engineering developments.

 

Key sessions at Transport Manager 2012 will include: Local Traffic Commissioner; Vehicle engineering update; Safety in logistics; Utilizing the Operator Compliance Risk Score (OCRS) for driver performance management; The compliance enforcement and annual test experience; Employment legislation developments; and Million Pound Drop – an interactive session on compliance issues.

Dates and venues for FTA Transport Manager 2012 are: 12 September - Chatham; 19 September - Durham; 26 September - Warrington; 3 October - Leeds; 10 October - Belfast; 17 October - Cambridge; 24 October - Chepstow; 31 October - Dunblane; 7 November - Sheffield; 14 November - Birmingham; 21 November - Yeovil; and 28 November - Ascot.
