Manitou MT625 compact telehandler

Plant hire firm places one of the largest orders ever for the popular MT625 model

FORKRENT, the national plant hire company based in Ipswich, Suffolk, have recently confirmed a new order for 150 Manitou MT625 compact telehandlers, increasing their total order for the Manitou MT625 telehandlers to 200 machines over the last 10 months.

This significant investment constitutes one of the largest orders placed worldwide for the popular compact MT625 model.

With its three steering modes and a tight turning circle, the machine is well suited to work on restricted sites.

Customer benefit feedback focuses on the speed of the hydraulics, the two-speed hydrostatic drive, the reliability of the MT625 for total flexibility of use, and enhanced productivity and efficiency.

The four-wheel drive Manitou telehandler has a 2,500kg load capacity and offers a lift height of 6m and a forward reach capability of 2.5m.

Forkrent have ordered all of their Manitou MT625 telehandlers with air-conditioning, reacting to customer demands for increased operator comfort.

In addition to the compact Manitou telehandlers, Forkrent have 20 Manitou 160ATJ and 180ATJ articulated boom platforms with working heights of 16m and 18m respectively.
