EDGE Innovate launch TSR80 mobile conveyor

Company adds to growing portable material-handling range with new tracked radial stockpiler

EDGE Innovate, one of the global leaders in the design and distribution of a range of equipment used in the quarrying, recycling and port handling industries, have revealed the latest product in their growing portable material-handling line-up with the launch of the new TSR80 mobile conveyor.

The EDGE TSR80 is an 80ft long unit that combines all the advantages of a mobile radial stacker with those of a tracked-mounted stockpiler in a single product.

The TSR80 has the ability to self-propel across even the roughest terrains and the capacity to create huge radial stockpiles, making it particularly suitable for operators who frequently reposition their processing plant or want a conveyor to fulfil a number of different roles on site.

The TSR80 offers operators an array of design features such as high-torque belt drive, a 1,200mm (48in) wide conveyor, hydraulically variable feed-in height, adjustable operating angle, radial stockpiling functionality and quick transition from transport to operational mode.

With a maximum discharge height of 11.8m (38ft 10in) and 360-degree radial capability, the EDGE TSR80 can create stockpile volumes up to 34,237 cubic metres (40,947 cubic yards).

Moreover, the TSR80 has an optional automatic stockpiling programme that combines automatic radial drive functions and self-angle adjustment, which allows the TSR80 to create huge radial stockpiles with minimal supervision and prevents material segregation.

EDGE Innovate say the core design principal behind the TSR80 was to provide customers with a conveyor that can create large radial stockpiles and be transported between and around sites with minimal effort or cost.

The TSR80 has been designed to fold down under its own power source and drive on to a range of lowboys and low loaders.
