Charcon appoint new national account manager

Former Marshalls national infrastructure manager Dave McClelland takes on new role

CHARCON, the commercial hard-landscaping division of Aggregate Industries, have appointed Dave McClelland to the role of national account manager.

Mr McClelland joins the business after 26 years with Marshalls, most recently as national infrastructure manager. In his new role he will be responsible for managing Charcon’s broad portfolio of accounts while assisting the business in achieving its ambitious growth plans.

 

Commenting on his new appointment, Mr McClelland said: ‘I am delighted to join the Charcon and wider Aggregate Industries team. So far, I have been very impressed with the company’s customer-focused approach, which champions tailored solutions and continuous improvement. This is clearly visible across the whole business and in an organization of this size, is very refreshing.

‘With my extensive experience of the sector, I hope to build on the business relationships and market knowledge I already have in place. My focus will be on identifying new opportunities to widen our customer base, to help the business deliver on its long-term plans for growth.’
