Asphalt approval
"HANSON’s Ashton asphalt plant in Lancashire has gained approval to supply recycled asphalt to all local authorities in Merseyside, with the proviso that the recycled materials meet the local councils’ quality guidelines and have been taken from sources approved by Merseyside Engineers Laboratory Services."
