Arup appointment

Arup have been appointed by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister to produce good practice guidance for the environmental appraisal of regional guidelines for the provision of aggregates. A steering group comprising representatives of the key government departments, industry, mineral planning authorities and environmental bodies will guide the work, which is scheduled to take place over the next 12 months.
