Site Operations Managers

Stevin Rock, the leading quarrying company in the Middle East, supplying a full range of primary construction materials are looking for Site Operations Managers. The group of companies is located in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, a short distance north of Dubai and has an annual production capacity across their sites, of over 60 million tonnes per annum. The chosen candidates will strengthen and consolidate the company’s operations in a more efficient manner.

The right candidates will be graduate Engineers, with proven site management experience in all areas of a quarrying operation and will possess additionally sound mobile plant and static plant maintenance knowledge. At least 10 years’ experience in a Unit Manager’s position will be required. Previous large site experience will be a distinct advantage.

All positions will involve controlling a large multi-cultural workforce and therefore effective communication and organisational skills are vital. The right candidates will also have to demonstrate seniority, leadership and a flexible approach to achieving goals.
