Berkshire Engineering Supplies Ltd (BES) are a leading supplier of concrete batching, asphalt mixing and mineral processing equipment, we are actively seeking to employ a Sales Executive to join our sales team.

- Plan an effective sales targeted approach to the assigned sales territory.
- Regularly cold-call on new and existing clients, businesses and organisations to create and develop further opportunities.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to effectively achieve organisational targets and goals.
- Continuously work to improve our organisational processes, by providing input to the sales and marketing teams, in order to refine our processes and cater to new and emerging market opportunities.
- Enter, update and maintain daily sales activities and client/customer information into a sales database.
- Regularly follow up on leads and sales enquiries.
- Respond to customer/client enquiries and suggestions and any other details, either by phone, online video conferences, email or site visits.
- 3 to 4 years of related and proven sales experience.
Minimum of 3 references from previous employers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly growing business.
- Customer focused approach and ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly.
