Quarry Manager - Abergele, North Wales

We are seeking a unit manager for our Abergele quarry, which services the North Wales market.

Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, this role is responsible for all day-to-day activities, including compliance with Health and Safety and environmental controls, as well as resource planning. Focused on constantly seeking to improve the efficiencies and performance of the site, you will ensure optimum production levels, quality, customer service and business efficiency.  You will also take an active leadership role and support your team in reaching their full potential.

With five years relevant operational experience, including an NVQ Level 4 in SHE quarry operations., you will have a hands-on approach, excellent communications skills, and proven leadership ability.
