Engineering Supervisors - Nightshift

We have a vacancy based at Cliffe Hill Quarry for Engineering Supervisors. Experience of working in a quarrying environment is essential and training will be given.

• Plan and maintain maintenance schedules to ensure a high level of plant availability.
• Manage and develop the team to ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
• Utilise resources to ensure optimum production output is achieved.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental Management Systems.
• Contribute to tight budgetary controls by achieving best value through effective ordering and identifying cost savings where possible.
• Ensure high unit housekeeping standards are maintained through the effective use of resources and the team.
• Flexibility to cover other roles within training and capabilities.
• Working in a safe manner to ensure the Health & Safety of yourself and those around you.
