Asphalt Plant Managers (Auckland and Wellington)
Asphalt Regional Manager (Northern Region)
The Asphalt Plant Managers will use their experience to provide day to day management of the production operations of our key New Zealand Plants. This role might suit a current Plant Manager or Supervisor who is looking for a new life.
The Regional Production Manager will utilise their experience to be accountable for the management of three northern Asphalt plants in New Zealand. You will be responsible for all production activities in the manufacture of high-quality asphalt.
About you:
Experienced in Asphalt Plant Management
Looking for a new life adventure
Proven track record in developing a culture that supports Safety, Quality and Environmental management.
A passion for continuous improvement.
Desirable to hold a tertiary qualification or equivalent in a related field.
Clear demonstration of leadership behaviours that empower others to succeed.
Successful in the development of positive client relationships
