Would you be able to advise on how to dispose of fibres(FOR SMA) and red coloured pigment that have past there sell by date and that we no longer require.

Are they bagged and what quantity?
Depending on the type of fibre (refer to your COSHH Data Sheet) they might be classified in a way that could put them into the recycled paper stream.
