I notice that the first SIEF's for the constituent elements of recycled aggregates, the Ceramics SIEF and the Asphat SIEF have recently started to come together - are any UK operators taking part and becoming active in these or is the industry just waiting to see if any exemptions come forth?

Hi There
Would you be able to advise on how to dispose of fibres and red coloured pigment that have past there sell by date and that we no longer require.
Kind Regards
Graham
Chemical composition mainly determines the category of waste materials and will determine how you deal with them and fulfill your 'Duty of Care' when disposing of wastes. Fibres and pigments can be Hazardous, Non-Hazardous or Inert forms of wastes - the COSHH documents or MSDS sheets accompanying should describe the nature and disposal requirements and the information you need to give to a waste disposal contractor.

Check the section on Pre-Registration and later the section on Recovered Aggregates
