The Quarries Regulations and ACoP

Two-day course designed to provide attendees with an understanding of the meaning of the terms Regulations, Approved Code of Practice and Guidance (ACoP), along with their legal status. Attendees will also understand and become familiar with the structure of the Regulations and the ACoP in respect of inspections at surface mineral operations or plants. The course will also navigate the Regulations and ACoP in detail, allowing attendees to understand the information required within a quarrying and extracting environment.
